Flexigrid is a roll matting system manufactured from large 11mm square welded sections of tough, flexible PVC. It is designed to withstand the wear and tear of the harshest industrial applications where production processes can generate extreme amounts of dirt, grease, grime and debris and where extra heavy spillages of liquid and metal chips may occur.

It is 25% heavier than Plastex's Vynagrip www.vynagrip.com industrial matting, stands an exceptional 20mm high above ground and is constructed to allow bigger pieces of debris to fall through the matting. This large open-grid format additionally facilitates maximum automatic drainage of liquids and debris whilst Flexigrid's extra aggressive slip resistant tread ensures safety and underfoot comfort.

Flexigrid can also be used as a highly effective undershoe dirt removal system in entrance applications and for external door matting. It is an environmentally friendly product made from 100% recycled factory waste that in turn is 100% recyclable. Resistant to acids, oils and the majority of chemicals, Flexigrid can be loose laid and will contour to uneven surfaces. It is easy to clean and to move for relocation purposes.

Available in standard Black 10 and 5 metre length rolls and 1.8 metre modules in 60cm and 91cm widths. Aluminium ramped edging is available in joinable lengths.
